  | Beppe Ugolotti CEO, NICE co-founder Beppe Ugolotti has extensive sales and marketing experience and, since 1970, has played important roles in successful IT companies like HP (as District Manager), Apollo Computer (as Sales/Marketing Manager), HP again (as Sales Development Manager) and Thinking Machines (as Country Manager). Before founding NICE in 1996, he acted for a short time period as a technology pioneer and consultant. He was officer in the Army during the military service and Professor assistant at University of Pavia. He received a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. |  | Andrea Rodolico CTO, NICE co-founder Andrea Rodolico has a life-long passion for IT and communication innovation, and started his career in 1993 as a consultant and architect in Internet technologies, leading a non-profit organization for IT development. In 1996 he founded NICE and, since then, he led the technology strategies of the company, evolving EnginFrame from project-deliverable into a full fledged product line, globally marketed and supported. |  | Bruno Franzini Support and PS Manager Bruno Franzini has been working on distributed computing, resource management, and grid systems since 1990. He started his career in 1990 at STMicroelectronics where he leaded the design and implementation of various software systems for EDA (Electronic Design and Automation). He has been coordinator and responsible for the international project "Statistical Modeling for Deep Sub-Micron Design" in the European research program "Micro Electronics Development for European Applications" (MEDEA) from the EUREKA framework (1997-2000). He joined NICE in 2002 focusing on customer’s care, project management and support services. He received a Master's degree in Physics from University of Parma, Parma, Italy. |
