Beppe Ugolotti has extensive sales and marketing experience and, since 1970, has played important roles in successful IT companies like HP (as District Manager), Apollo Computer (as Sales/Marketing Manager), HP again (as Sales Development Manager) and Thinking Machines (as Country Manager).
Before founding NICE in 1996, he acted for a short time period as a technology pioneer and consultant.
He was officer in the Army during the military service and Professor assistant at University of Pavia.
He received a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy.

Andrea Rodolico has a life-long passion for ICT and innovation, and started his career in 1993 as a consultant and architect in Internet technologies, leading a non-profit organization for IT development.
In 1996 he co-founded NICE
and, since then, has led the technology strategies of the company, evolving our Grid, Cloud and Visualization products and solutions to meet the most challenging needs of many Fortune 2000 companies, including Oil&Gas, Aerospace, Automotive, Life Sciences and Research customers worldwide
Support and PS Manager
Bruno Franzini has been working on distributed computing, resource management, and grid systems since 1990.
He started his career in 1990 at STMicroelectronics where he leaded the design and implementation of various software systems for EDA (Electronic Design and Automation).
He has been coordinator and responsible for the international project "Statistical Modeling for Deep Sub-Micron Design" in the European research program "Micro Electronics Development for European Applications" (MEDEA) from the EUREKA framework (1997-2000).
He joined NICE in 2002 focusing on customer’s care, project management and support services.
He received a Master's degree in Physics from University of Parma, Parma, Italy.
Paolo Maggi, Ph.D.
Paolo Maggi graduated in Computer Engineering in 1998, and received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering in 2002, both from Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy.
From 2003 till 2010, he has been research assistant and teacher at Politecnico di Torino where he taught courses on computer networks and distributed programming. His research activities focused on distributed systems and formal methods applied to computer security.
He has been an active member of the open-source GNOME community maintaining the gedit text editor and the gtksourceview library.
At the beginning of 2004, he joined NICE as a senior software developer and architect.
In 2009, he become the director of NICE R&D Department.
